A large-scale private villa interior covering a double-height reception hall, open-plan living and dining areas, and a fully fitted kitchen. The reception and living space features a grand staircase with dark timber balusters and geometric Islamic latticework railings, an indoor planted tree set within a timber-edged floor planter, and a decorative ceiling combining coffered gypsum panels with Islamic geometric patterned plaster inserts. Doorway surrounds throughout are framed with Islamic mashrabiya-style lattice borders in grey.
The design applies a consistent Islamic decorative language across a large family villa without compromising on functionality or comfort. Geometric latticework, used on the staircase, doorway borders, ceiling panels, and furniture frames. ties all spaces together under a single ornamental system. The color palette is deliberately restrained: white, grey, and warm timber form the base, with sage green used as the recurring accent from the living room through to the kitchen. The result is a formal yet livable home that reflects cultural identity through architectural detail rather than surface decoration alone.
